1. Copyright Infringement Notification

- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address, if different from the information you provided in your user account;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where https://americandreamrail.org/ is found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification from you, our Designated Agent may forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing them that we may reinstate the removed material or restore access to it within ten (10) business days.
Unless the original complaining party notifies us within that period that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may, at our discretion, replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it between ten (10) and fourteen (15) business days following receipt of the counter-notice.
3. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or amend this DMCA Policy at any time, in our sole discretion. Any such changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
